Kelly Cross, MFA, LMBT

Kelly Cross

Massage Therapist

Kelly draws on over 25 years of experience in his practice. His essential approach is a deeply relaxing Swedish massage, which can include elements of reflexology, craniosacral, deep tissue and Reiki. He also offers Thai massage and Rosen Method, a process of enhancing awareness of the unconscious holding in the body which can keep us from being fully present in life. He has considerable experience working with people with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

Kelly worked for eleven years doing bodywork with cancer patients at UNC Hospital and is adept at supporting those undergoing health challenges and recovery as well as the normal course of the aging process. He has attended meditation/mindfulness retreats with teachers including Pema Chödrön, Thich Nhat Hanh, Adyashanti and Katagiri Roshi, as well as Men’s Rites of Passage with Fr. Richard Rohr at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico.
