Lisa has 10 years of service with the Duke Health System. Lisa joined the Guest Services team as the Financial Care Counselor in March 2017. Lisa’s role as Financial Care Counselor is to analyze insurance coverage and benefits for services here at DIM, resolve billing and insurance claims, update billing system to reflect insurance status, and reconcile daily cash deposits.
