Join us for a weekly “taste” of mindfulness. Gentle Yoga (online drop-in) Follow along with an instructor for gentle practices designed to help you release tension, enhance energy, stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind and lift your spirits. This class is suitable for those able to get down and up from the floor.
