Description
The Foundation Course enables you to achieve the full knowledge of the skills and process to become an Integrative Health Coach. As part of this course, you will gain an understanding of the science of behavior change, personal health planning, the Wheel of Health, and mindful awareness. You will learn how to incorporate these foundational elements into coaching practices that motivate others to adopt behaviors necessary to achieve optimal health and wellness. Through experiential practice opportunities you will learn a coaching framework for use with individuals and groups while creating your own personal health plan to integrate into your life.
