Mentoring Mindfulness for Professionals

Program Description

Mentoring Mindfulness for Professionals is aimed at encouraging and supporting participants’ personal mindfulness meditation practice, as well as, provide support and encouragement for the development of one’s on going skills for teaching mindfulness in various healthcare settings.
