Yoga Classes

Gentle Yoga (online drop-in)

Follow along with an instructor for gentle practices designed to help you release tension, enhance energy, stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind and lift your spirits. This class is suitable for those able to get down and up from the floor. No previous yoga experience is required!

Equipment to have:  sturdy chair, yoga mat, folded towel or blanket (suggested)

Date and Time 

  • Wednesdays (4:30-5:30 pm ET)
  • Fridays (10:30-11:30 am ET)

Location: Zoom

Registration is available in advance for sessions several weeks ahead, until 15 minutes prior to a session’s start time. Zoom connection information will be available immediately upon registration, located on the My Courses page of your learning center account.  Zoom info is not emailed.

Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early.  Sessions are not recorded.

Gentle Yoga (onsite drop-in)

This offering is suspended until further notice.

A supportive and relaxing yoga class perfect for those new to yoga, who may be working with mobility challenges, chronic pain, or injury, and would like to boost balance, flexibility, and strength, while finding ease in body and mind.

Date and Time 

  • Fridays (10:30-11:30 am ET) or (noon-1 pm ET)

Location: Duke Integrative Medicine

There are a limited number of seats for this class. Registration is first-come, first-served. All class participants must have a ticket from Guest Services to attend the class. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have a spot.
