At times, our thoughts create emotions that affect our bodies, change our behaviors, and cause us to drift away from our best selves. As we drift, we have more negative thoughts, which create stronger emotions and other consequences. This is natural. And, so is our tendency towards changing in a much healthier and positive direction. We are more powerful and capable than we know. We just have to learn how to get out of our own way!

Led by Dr. Julie Seel, the Emotional Wellness Team utilizes a unique approach based on empirically-supported Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing frameworks.
