Gentle Yoga (online drop-in)
Follow along with an instructor for gentle practices designed to help you release tension, enhance energy, stretch and strengthen your body, relax your mind and lift your spirits. This class is suitable for those able to get down and up from the floor. No previous yoga experience is required!
Equipment to have: sturdy chair, yoga mat, folded towel or blanket (suggested)

Fridays (10:30-11:30 am ET)
Registration is available in advance for sessions several weeks ahead, until 15 minutes prior to a session’s start time. Zoom connection information will be available immediately upon registration, located on the My Courses page of your learning center account. Zoom info is not emailed.
Cancellation is available until 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Please plan to join the session link 5-10 minutes early. Sessions are not recorded.
