Title: Well-Being and YOU: Creating YOUR Optimal Health Vision

Duration: 90-120 minutes

Format: In-person or virtual

Learning Objectives/Activities:

  • Define health and well-being components and how they relate to my own well-being
  • Participate in an introduction to mindfulness
  • Identify your areas of strength and growth opportunities related to your own health andwell-being
  • Create a well-being vision
  • Set 1-3 SMART goals to achieve your vision
