Tricia Karpfen, MAc, ACC

Tricia is an executive coach and training consultant based in Durango, Colorado. As a Senior Associate of the Global Integrity Leadership Group Tricia leads public and corporate Leadership Development Intensives and provides executive coaching services.  She is also a lead trainer for the Duke Integrative Health Coach Professional Training.  As a coach, Tricia partners with clients to achieve high-level wellness with an emphasis on balancing the dynamic demands of modern lifestyles.

Tricia’s background is in holistic and preventive health care, having served as Executive Director of Kripalu Center for Holistic Health in Summit Station, Pennsylvania, and Director of Health Services at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. Tricia practiced as an acupuncturist for 20 years.

In addition, Tricia is a co-founder, with her husband Mike, of Shanta Foundation working in a remote area of Myanmar. In this unique setting, Tricia effectively coaches the local staff to become powerful leaders empowered by their vison and hope for a future.
