Is there an examination?

Yes. In order to complete the course you must pass the course quiz with 80% of the answers correct. You may take the quiz as many times as needed in order to pass.

Are continuing education credits available?

What kind of official documentation will I receive at the completion of the training?

After completing the course, you will receive downloadable electronic certificates showing any available earned continuing education credits.

What is the course refund policy?

For programs with a designated start date, transfers are not allowed. Cancellations may be requested using the cancellation request form. If you make this request at least 7 days prior to the start of the program you will receive a refund of your payment minus an administration fee equal to 10% of the registration fee.
