The Duke Health & Well-Being Training consists of two phases, Core Competencies and Advanced Application.
The training is delivered through instructor-led training and an online curriculum which prepares graduates to immediately utilize their skills. The live instructor-led training includes coaching demonstrations, experiential practice, and mentored feedback.
To increase accessibility for those interested in attending, as well as to support diverse learning preferences, the training is offered in two formats— Distance Learning and Hybrid In-Person and Distance Learning.
Participation in the training is limited to accepted applicants.
