For programs with a designated start date, transfers are not allowed. Cancellations can be made by completing a cancellation request form. If you make this request at least 7 days prior to the start of the program you will receive a refund of your payment minus an administration fee equal to 10% of the registration fee. If you request a cancellation fewer than 7 days before the program start date or do not arrive on your scheduled start date you will forfeit your payment.
