Meaningful Health Visions: Partnering with Your Client Through Health & Well-Being Coaching

Learn strategies for partnering with clients to cultivate a vision of their optimal health that encompasses all aspects of their well-being. Practice using a variety of tools to assist clients in connecting their values to their ultimate health vision in a way that will give them the meaningful life they desire.

Instructors:


Brian Housle is a Lead Instructor for Duke Health & Well-Being Coach Training and holds National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching. His whole person approach to wellness includes over 20 years’ experience as a yoga instructor. Brian continues to practice as a health and well-being coach along with his educational position with Duke Health & Well-Being, integrating mindfulness in ways that allow both students and his coaching clients to realize their potential. https://dhwprograms.dukehealth.org/brian-housle-ms-m-ed/


Dina Lumia is the Program Manager for the Duke Health & Well-Being Coach Training Program. She provides administrative direction for all aspects of health coaching programs for Duke Health & Well-Being. In this role, she offers public and professional workshops in Resilience, Stress Management and Personal Health Planning. As a Duke trained Integrative Health Coach and National Board Certified-Health and Wellness Coach, Dina partners with her coaching clients to guide them on their health journey, working together to foster a growth mindset, through curiosity, mindful awareness and self-compassion. https://dhwprograms.dukehealth.org/about/meet-the-team/dina-lumia/

NBHWC - Approved CE - Seal_3 (3)The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC): This course is an NBHWC-Approved Continuing Education course. Those who successfully complete all the course modules and requirements will earn a Certificate of Completion and National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Continuing Education Credits. The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching designates this course for 1 credit hour (CEA-000416-1).
In order to obtain the CE, attendees must attend the live sesion and complete the evaluation.
