Sanne Holbrook Henninger, MSW, LCSW, EdD, is the Director of Patient Experience at the Duke Private Diagnostic Clinic, PLLC. Sanne has degrees in psychology, clinical social work and specialized in adult personality disorders and organization development. She was a mental health therapist in mental health hospitals, outpatient centers, and in private practice for 22 years before working in healthcare. She also worked in employee assistance programs as a therapist for healthcare employees and offered leadership consulting. Her dissertation focused on the impact of stress on safety outcomes and her passion is integrating team performance, safety culture and patient experience.
