Instructor, Duke Health & Well-Being Coach Training Program

Andrea is an experienced facilitator, instructor and coach with extensive breadth of experience in both the private sector and the Federal Government of Canada, specializing in public engagement, integrative health and healing. Certified by Duke Integrative Medicine as a health coach, Andrea also operates a private practice from Atlantic Canada with a coaching client base from around the world. Andrea is also a clinical instructor for the School of Nursing and Student Health Services at Dalhousie University. Certified by the Atlantic Institute for Resilience (AIR Institutes) as a resilience coach, Andrea also supports clients in strengthening mental fitness and wellbeing.

With a passion for positive change, Andrea has recently designed and implemented training modules for the Government of Canada (Maritimes Region) focused on Reconciliation and relationship building with Indigenous Peoples in Canada: a key government-wide priority in her home country. Drawing on all her skill, qualification and experience, Andrea has helped to build much needed capacity in this area that contributes to an important healing process – at many levels.
