Fleurztael Duckworth

Fleurztael Duckworth serves as the Education Coordinator for Professional Programs. She simultaneously collaborates with the team to develop strategy around our course offerings. Prior to joining Programs, Fleurztael has held positions in teaching and learning, as well as program management. Fleurztael earned her Masters degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, with a concentration on Culture and Society from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. Penny started with Duke Health in 2015 and has had front facing and behind the scene roles. Koti serves as the Program Specialist on the Duke Health and Well-Being Programs Team. She joined the DHW Programs Team in August of 2020 after graduating from Salem College, where she received her B.A. concentrating in Entrepreneurship.
