Fleurztael Duckworth

Fleurztael Duckworth serves as the Education Coordinator for Professional Programs. She simultaneously collaborates with the team to develop strategy around our course offerings. Prior to joining Programs, Fleurztael has held positions in teaching and learning, as well as program management. Fleurztael earned her Masters degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, with a concentration on Culture and Society from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. Penny Pretlow

Penny started with Duke Health in 2015 and has had front-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. She has been part of Duke Health & Well–Being since 2016 and really appreciates the camaraderie of the whole health-focused environment. In her current position as Programs Administrative Assistant, she provides support to the entire team.
