A Sound Bath Meditation is an immersive experience that uses resonant sounds to calm the nervous system and promote mind-body connection. A facilitator uses a variety of instruments – such as Crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, harps and more – shown to have restorative effects on the body.
Following a sound bath, participants report a variety of positive effects, including: reduced stress, deeper and higher quality sleep, reduction in the perception of pain.
This class is offered the Third Thursday of every month.
