Registration Process for Accepted Applicants

  • Registration is available online after an application has been approved. If you have questions, reach DHWPrograms@duke.edu and we would be happy to assist.
  • At the time of registration, you will choose a section (day of the week and time of day) and then always come on that day at that time. Due to the experiential nature of the course, practice groups, plans, and appropriate staffing, it is not possible to move between the sections.
  • Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Acceptance into the course without registration and payment does not reserve your place in the course. We will offer a waitlist for courses that fill to maximum capacity prior to the registration deadline.

Registration Fees

  • Regular course registration fee is $5500
  • Early registration fee is $4950 (10% discount of $550)
  • Duke employees qualify for a 15% discount. This discount is not eligible to be combined with the early registration discount.
  • If you are not a Duke employee and your employer is paying your program fee, please contact the DHW Programs Team at DHWprograms@duke.edu after your application has been approved to let us know so that we can ensure payment is processed in a timely manner. Once payment is received, we can then enroll you in the program. If payment is not received from your employer, you will be asked to please provide an alternate form of payment to complete your registration.
