Janie Bisson is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and founder of Integrative Health Coaching Partners LLC, where she practices individual and group coaching, consults with program development & training, and offers one-on-one mentoring for new coaches. She also works as an Instructor for Duke Health & Well-Being and facilitates classes for the National Diabetes Prevention Program.
Janie’s passion for health and wellness stems from over 20 years as a parent of two children, both born with several food allergies. She found that the cornerstones of lifelong well-being had to be integrated into daily life while being both sensible and sustainable. She holds a strong understanding of the whole human health experience when partnering with clients to reach their health and wellness goals. The success that she has found and her commitment to helping others inspired her to become an Integrative Health Coach.
When not working, Janie enjoys traveling, yoga, running, walking her dogs, and exploring and discovering new techniques for mindfulness and meditation. She is continuously experimenting with healthy cooking and is an avid reader of research in the health and wellness world, from conventional medicine to complementary and alternative techniques. She is a lifelong learner and specializes her professional development in the areas of Neuroscience of Behavior Change, Positive Psychology, and advanced coaching techniques.
