Nourish: Fundamentals of Medical Weight Management is a series of four interactive, online modules. It includes an introduction to medical weight management and explores nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being. It is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to change eating habits, improve exercise routines, and adopt a healthier lifestyle to meet wellness goals.

Each module is filled with content from Duke Health & Well-Being providers who are recognized experts in their field. This information can help you set and achieve realistic health goals, overcome setbacks, and create the right mindset for long-term lifestyle changes that lead to successful weight management. The information this series is based on what we’ve learned from decades of evidence-based, non-judgmental care for people at our Durham campus.

This series was created in collaboration with experts from Duke Health & Well-Being. It combines academic research and practical information from Duke Health doctors, nutritionists, dieticians, exercise physiologists, and other professionals who care for people at  Duke Integrative Medicine, Duke Lifestyle and Weight Management Center, and the Duke Health & Fitness Center.
