What are the requirements for application and how long does it take to receive my application decision?

Applicants must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, which may be in any field of study. Exceptions may be considered for those with 3 or more years of professional experience in a medical or allied health field. There is one application for the training regardless of which format you choose— Distance Learning or Hybrid In-Person/Distance Learning. What is the policy for attendance and training completion?

In order to receive a Certificate of Completion and earn continuing education credits, you must attend all three of the scheduled mentor sessions. If you miss one of the mentor sessions, you will be required to pay a missed session fee and will need to reschedule the missed session.
