Do you have an attendance policy? What if I miss a Mentor Session?

Yes. In order to receive a certificate of completion and earn continuing education credits, you must attend all 3 of the scheduled Mentor Sessions. If you miss one of the Mentor Sessions, you will be required to pay a missed session fee and will need to reschedule the missed session. You must also complete all of the online components of the training. We reserve the right not to award a certificate of completion and/or continuing education credits if you do not complete ...

What are the minimum hardware/software requirements to access the online training?

You will minimally need a desktop or laptop computer with reliable wired internet access and a computer headset with a microphone to join the mentoring sessions. Please note, some mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, iPads, Chromebooks, etc.) are not compatible with the live webinar platform.
