The Reiki program is a series of classes with in-person and virtual options. Reiki: Level One is an introduction and establishes self-treatments as the bedrock of the Reiki practice. Reiki: Level Two delves deeper into traditional Japanese techniques and supports sharing Reiki professionally. Who developed the course?

This series was created in collaboration with experts from Duke Health & Well-Being. It combines academic research and practical information from Duke Health doctors, nutritionists, dieticians, exercise physiologists, and other professionals who care for people at  Duke Integrative Medicine, Duke Lifestyle and Weight Management Center, and the Duke Health & Fitness Center.

This self-paced, online course that can be completed on your own time. You will have one year after the date of registration to complete and revisit content. You will also get a copy of your course journal entries and materials to help you get started. These tools can help you implement diet and fitness changes based on a plan you create.
