Penny started with Duke Health in 2015 and has had front-facing and behind-the-scenes roles. She has been part of Duke Health & Well–Being since 2016 and really appreciates the camaraderie of the whole health-focused environment. In her current position as Programs Administrative Assistant, she provides support to the entire team. Her day to day includes focusing on the success of Health Coaching, Mindfulness, and Professional Programs. Penny studied at San Diego State University, majoring in Social Work and Psychology. Koti serves as the Program Specialist on the Duke Health and Well-Being Programs Team. She joined the DHW Programs Team in August of 2020 after graduating from Salem College, where she received her B.A. concentrating in Entrepreneurship.
